Bonbon
Inspiration:
The word Bonbon originated from the French language which simply means “candy". The first reports of bonbons come from the 17th century, when they were made at the French royal court. The name bonbon arose from the reduplication of the word “bon”, meaning 'good' in the French language.
A slight departure from my faceted fine gem collections, I was inspired to create something totally fresh. I indulged my curiosity of working with cabochon cut gems. To me cabochons take on a more playful organic approach to fine jewelry whilst keeping the collection feminine and sophisticated.
As this new collection was conceived in the summer, I was enticed by the color pallet of our beautiful seas. We use cool hues of blues and greens to mimic natural bodies of water.
Our Bonbon collection is adorned with AAA grade cabochon London blue Topaz, Peridot and Tourmalines. The delicious designs are accented with white diamonds making this new collection good enough to eat.
Each gem has been custom cut for our collection. There is nothing standard about the stones we have used. In addition, all of our diamonds are white, certified conflict free, F/G in color and VS in clarity.
Our chains include lobster clasp closures for the most secure fit.
We love making special orders for our clients and always ensure that the highest quality materials and craftsmanship have been utilized for each piece. As such, please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery on special orders.
